The wood might be weathered or the soil level lower, but as long as the frame on your raised bed is still structurally sound, you can simply top off your bed each season with fresh compost.
After a number of years though, if the wood has begun to rot, it might be time to order a full refresh on your raised bed. We will bring lumber and plenty of planting mix, replace all of the old lumber with our coated rough-sawn hemlock boards, and top off the bed with planting mix for you.
